Your Mission

Lead and grow a fast-paced operation by improving people, processes, profitability, and customer experience.


What You'll Do

• Help lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced commercial service division

• Support estimating, project management, and customer communication

• Identify operational issues and implement solutions

• Build strong relationships with customers and team members

• Help develop systems and improve processes

• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable

 

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience in operations, service, construction, military, or related industries

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, and highly accountable

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Commercial glass experience is a plus but not required


Compensation:

$60,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Compensation is based on experience, leadership ability, and demonstrated results.

Schedule & Benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. We work until the job is complete. Rotating Saturdays required.

Pay: $60-$110k salary+ bonus. Compensation is based on experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and a proven track record of growing and improving business performance.
