Your Responsibilities as the Receptionist
As a Glass Doctor Receptionist, you are a vital part of our team.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Greeting visitors and directing to the appropriate personnel
- Answering phone calls
- Promptly responds to emails
- Be prepared to discuss in detail the features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services
- Managing the reception area , maintaining office supplies, receiving and sorting mail
- Providing general administrative support to the office staff
- Maintain open lines of communications with ownership/management

- Personality that is upbeat, positive, and motivating with the ability to communicate with customers, peers and management in a clear, cheerful, easy to understand, voice
- Self-motivated individual
- Have an Eye for Perfection: High degree of organization, with an outstanding work ethic
- Identify Additional Opportunities to Help the Customer
Education and/or Experience
- Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications
- Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers and fellow employees
- Professional appearance and personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented
