The Glass Doctor is a fast-growing, locally rooted company shaking up the home services scene in DFW. It’s about rolling up your sleeves, learning how to build something from the ground up, and bringing real ideas to life.

We’re not looking for a paper-pusher-we’re looking for an Operations Manager with an entrepreneurial edge, someone who’s hungry to create systems that work, build a badass team, and make sure every job is done on time, on budget, and above standard.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
• Profitability Management: Order materials for jobs in a timely manner and ensure they are within an acceptable cost of goods.
• Project Management: Oversee and execute projects to achieve organizational goals. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.

The pay range for this position is $50,000-$55,000, with the opportunity to earn additional $1100+ in bonuses each month.
