At Glass Doctor, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who’s ready to make an impact. If you love helping people and want to build a long-term career in a supportive environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from homeowners, insurance agents, fleet managers, and others
• Explain Glass Doctor’s services in a clear, friendly, and helpful way
• Accurately input customer information into our Point of Sale system
• Follow up on leads and unclosed sales opportunities
• Respond quickly to incoming email requests
• Communicate openly with management and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a call center, office, or fast-paced customer-facing role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!

Pay Range:

$18 to $22 per hour based on experience

Plus: Performance-based bonuses available!
