As an ISR at Glass Doctor, you will be helping our residential and business customers, often in times when they need it most.  When something cracks or shatters, you’ll put the customer at ease, making sure their home or business is safe and looking good! We invest in our people and will make sure you have the training, tools, and process to be successful. 


Your Responsibilities as an ISR:

As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.


Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
  • Enter all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
  • Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.
  • Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
  • Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
  • Collect payment from customers when scheduling the job.

Job Requirements:


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:

  • One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
  • Outstanding phone skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

The pay range for this position is $18 to $23, depending on your level of experience as an ISR.
