Glazing Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and meticulous Glazing Project Manager to lead and oversee our glazing projects with precision and excellence. Based is based on experience and performance level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of glazing projects, from initial design to final installation.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to define project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain project momentum.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Lead and inspire project teams with a focus on accountability, precision, and excellence.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
