Job Description
We are seeking a driven and meticulous Glazing Project Manager to lead and oversee our glazing projects with precision and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of glazing systems and project management, along with a relentless commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The pay range for this position is $60,000-$120.000. Based is based on experience and performance level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of glazing projects, from initial design to final installation.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain project momentum.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
- Lead and inspire project teams with a focus on accountability, precision, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Competitive drive to exceed expectations and establish industry leadership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have at least 10 years in the glass services industry.
