For the first time in over 5 years we are searching for a new auto glass technician and/or flat glass glazier. Experience is highly preferred! Our technicians earn their pay via comissions with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Our technicians typically earn between $50-90k per year working Monday - Friday 8-5pm. There are days that last a little past 5pm but we do our best to keep that work life balance.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Install glass, mirrors, door and window hardware in replacement and new installations
  • Install auto glass and window/door regulators
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials and stock truck
  • Learn to conduct accurate field measuring and cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns.
  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels

************ ability to read a tape measure is a must!****

  • Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for glass installation
  • No fear of heights on a ladder or lift
  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
  • Excellent communication skills
