Fleet Manager

The Glass Doctor of North Texas on the hunt for a detail-driven Fleet Manager to oversee our growing fleet of work trucks, vans, and installation vehicles. In this role, you’ll manage the daily operations of our fleet to ensure our glaziers and installers stay on the road - safely, legally, and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for vehicle maintenance, GPS tracking systems, fuel usage, repairs, and keeping us safe. If you know how to balance cost control with field productivity, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all company vehicles
• Schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver behavior using GPS and telematics systems
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance
• Manage relationships with auto shops, dealerships, and vendors for parts and service
• Coordinate new vehicle purchases, upfits, decals, and decommissions
• Partner with Operations and HR to assign vehicles and hold drivers accountable for care and reporting

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail - you're on top of everything from tire tread to title paperwork
• Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, fleet management software, and mobile tools
• Proactive communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
