Your Responsibilities as an ISR


As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person who provides top-notch customer service while

showing off your solid customer service skills.


Here’s what you’ll do:

· Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines the purpose of the call, and

collects/verifies contact information.

· Enters all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.

· Set appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.

· Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended question to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about

the vehicle.

· Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.

· Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:

· Two or more years of glass experience is required in the Inside Sales Role.

· Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade

· Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.

· Outstanding phone skills.

· Strong computer and internet skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).


This Job Is NOT For You If . . .

· You say things in your head like "A broken window - what’s the big deal?"  To our customers, when glass breaks, it’s an emergency and safety issue.  We take it as seriously as they do.

· You think working Monday mornings is optional.  But our customers depend on us to show up as scheduled. Calling off work at the last minute impacts not just the customer but the whole team.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.00, plus commission and bonus opportunities depending on your level of experience as an ISR.
