Our dynamic, high-growth environment is perfect for individuals who are passionate about driving success, embracing challenges, and making a significant impact. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is as ambitious as we are to support the President. This isn’t your typical Executive Assistant role-this a front seat in the C-Suite assisting and learning from a dynamic entrepreneur, first class coach and mentor, and an all-around decently awesome guy.

As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will have a front-row seat to high-level decision-making, gain insight into running a thriving business, and have opportunities to contribute directly to key initiatives.

Why This Role is Lucrative for You:

  • Career Visibility: Work side by side with the President, gaining unparalleled exposure to leadership decisions and business strategies.
  • Opportunities for Growth: We’re growing, and we want you to grow with us. This role offers the potential for career advancement into higher leadership or project management roles within the company.
  • Influence: Be involved in the projects and conversations that shape the company’s future. Your input and insights will be valued.
  • Professional Development: We invest in our talent. Expect tailored mentorship and development programs that sharpen your leadership, project management, and business skills.
  • Elite Culture: You’ll work in an environment where only the best thrives. Our team is high achieving, driven, and focused on winning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Manage the President’s schedule with a keen understanding of business priorities, ensuring time is allocated to high-impact initiatives.
  • Shadow and Learn: Attend key meetings with the President, taking notes, following up on action items, and absorbing strategic insights that will build your leadership acumen.
  • Special Projects: Lead and contribute to high-visibility projects that span multiple departments, giving you exposure to cross-functional operations and executive-level problem solving.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Assist in researching, analyzing, and providing recommendations on key business decisions, giving you a taste of the kind of strategic thinking required at the executive level.
  • Confidential Advisor: Act as a trusted confidant to the President, handling sensitive information and providing candid feedback and suggestions when needed.
  • Business Communication: Draft executive-level communications, presentations, and reports, helping shape the company’s narrative and strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the liaison between the President and key stakeholders-both internal and external-building the network and relationships essential to executive leadership.[LP1]

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership Mindset: You see this role as a steppingstone to a future position, and you’re eager to learn, grow, and take on increasingly strategic responsibilities.
  • Proven Track Record of Excellence: 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-level support role, preferably in a high-growth company or corporate setting.
  • Highly Ambitious: You have a clear vision for your career path, and that vision includes being a senior leader.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinker: You don’t just complete tasks-you think critically about how processes can be improved and how problems can be solved more effectively.
  • Unparalleled Work Ethic: You thrive in high-pressure environments and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve exceptional results.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively will be critical in your future leadership journey.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms is essential.

How We Take Care of Our Team:

  • Two weeks Paid Time Off. Earn additional PTO on each anniversary date.
  • 8 paid holidays for a total of 18 paid days off
