Retail Division Manager – Glass Installation

We are looking for a high-ownership operator to run and grow our Retail Glass Services division for Glass Doctor of North Texas. This role is for someone who wants to build a high-performing operation, lead a strong team, and dominate the market.

You won’t just manage a department.

You will run a business inside the company.

We’re looking for a competitive take-charge leader to run and grow our retail glass installation division. If you enjoy solving problems, building teams, making decisions, and winning, this role is for you.

 

What You’ll Own

The Operation

You will control the daily operations of a fast-paced home services division.

  • Managing workflow and job completion
  • Driving technician productivity and efficiency
  • Ensuring jobs are completed on time and done right

The Team

Great operations are built by great teams.

  • Hire and develop technicians and office staff
  • Set clear expectations and hold people accountable
  • Build a culture of professionalism, ownership, and pride in workmanship

The Business

You will directly impact the success of the division.

  • Monitor revenue, margins, and operational performance
  • Improve systems, processes, and efficiency
  • Solve problems quickly and remove operational bottlenecks

Job Details

·      Schedule: 7:30a-4:30p, but we work until the job is complete. Rotating Saturdays.

·      Our training location is in Carrollton, Texas but you could work out of Denton, Colleyville, or Arlington location once trained.
