Your Responsibilities as an Customer Service Representative
As a Glass Doctor Customer Service Representative, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.
Here’s what you’ll do:
· Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines the purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
· Enters all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
· Sets appointments for auto glass and flat glass projects in order to promptly close the sale.
· Assist Auto Glass Customers using open-ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
· Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
· Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Customer Service Representative position at Glass Doctor:
· One year or more of customer service experience is preferred.
· Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
· Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
· Outstanding phone skills.
· Strong computer and internet skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00, depending on your level of experience as an Customer Service Representative.
