Commercial Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team at Glass Doctor. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial glazing projects and can accurately interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial projects
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams during the bidding process

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a commercial estimator (3 years)
• Proven ability to read and understand plans and blueprints
• Prior experience in the glass or glazing industry required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
