Your Responsibilities as the Inside Sales Representative

As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.


Here’s what you’ll do:

· Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.

· Enter all relevant customer information in the point-of-sale system.

· Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.

· Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.

· Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.

· Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Education and/or Experience


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:


· One year or more of customer service experience preferred.

· Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.

· Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.

· Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.

· Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.

· Outstanding phone skills.

· Strong computer and internet skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

.Bilingual (English and Spanish) is mandatory

The pay range for this position is $12.00/hour to $16.00/hour, depending on your level of experience as the ISR.
