Pay:

·      $25 - $35 per hour based on experience and training

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or trade school equivalent

Auto Glass training

Job Experience and Requirements:

·      2-3 years of auto glass installation required

·      Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

·      Mechanical aptitude

·      Knowledge of automotive glass, primers and adhesives

·      Tool proficiency

·      Physical stamina

·      Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

·      Problem Solving, Solution Finding kind of personality

·      Customer service skills

·      Communication skills

·      Attention to detail

·      Adaptability

·      Professionalism in your work ethic and personal appearance            

Job Responsibilities:

·      Perform both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass installations

·      Perform ADAS calibrations

·      Rock chip repairs

·      Effectively manage time for most productivity and customer satisfaction

·      Accurately document vehicle information: pre and post, vin#, mileage, unit#, plate#

·      Maintain a clean work- space

·      Maintain, clean and stock fleet vehicles and work area

·      Support, move and load/unload tools safely

·      Assist team members when necessary

·      Communicate effectively with customers, employees and supervisors

·      Maintain a good driving record and driving habits while operating company vehicles

·      Look for opportunities to grow and excel within the company

·      Comply to company policies, procedures, regulations and Code of Values
