Architectural Sales Representative – Luxury Windows & Doors
Architectural Sales Representative – Luxury Windows & Doors
View13 | Fleetwood & Kolbe Dealer | Carrollton, TX
Your first sales job taught you the basics. This one builds the career.
View13 sells the windows and doors that make architects redesign a room around them — Fleetwood and Kolbe, the two names that show up in the luxury homes you already stop to look at.
We're hiring one person to sell them. You'll work directly with the builders, architects, designers, and homeowners putting up the most interesting residential projects in Texas. You'll walk job sites. You'll sit in design meetings. You'll watch a project you sold go from a drawing to a wall of glass you can drive past.
This is not a phone bank. It is not a script. It's a real territory, real relationships, and a real path to a $150,000+ career by year three.
What You'll Actually Do
You're not starting from zero. You'll inherit an existing book of builder and architect accounts on day one — real relationships, real repeat business — and your job is to grow them while you build your own.
- Serve the accounts you inherit. Stay in front of existing builders and architects, catch new projects early, and turn them into quotes you win.
- Build your own book. Find the builders, architects, and developers nobody at View13 has called yet, and make them yours.
- Be the expert in the room. Learn Fleetwood and Kolbe cold — the systems, the specs, the performance numbers. Host lunch-and-learns. Walk architects through what's possible.
- Own the deal. Qualify the opportunity, work with estimating on the proposal, and close it.
- Show up where the work is. Job sites, design offices, industry events, trade shows, and our Carrollton showroom.
Your Territory
90% Dallas–Fort Worth, with projects across the rest of Texas, the surrounding states, and Colorado. Big enough to build something. Close enough to be home most nights.
Who Thrives Here
- You're naturally outgoing, and strangers turn into contacts fast
- You're competitive, and a scoreboard motivates you instead of stressing you out
- You want to be trusted with a territory, not managed through a checklist
- You like getting the details right — specs, dimensions, follow-up — because that's what earns a builder's trust the second time
- Residential construction, architecture, or design genuinely interests you
- You're comfortable talking to a $5M-home builder, a principal architect, and a homeowner in the same afternoon
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- You're willing to work industry events that sometimes fall after hours or on a weekend
Who You'll Learn From
You'll report directly to company President and General Manager. That's unusual at this level and it's intentional — you'll get coached by the two people who know the market and the product best, not handed to a manager three layers down.
What You'll Make
- Base salary: low-to-mid $60,000s, paid from day one
- Commission: uncapped
- Year 1 realistic: $70,000–$80,000 while you learn the product and build pipeline
- Year 2 target: ~$90,000
- Year 3 target: $150,000–$200,000
We're telling you the ramp honestly because luxury windows and doors run on long cycles. A project you start this spring may install next year. The reps who win here are the ones who understand that early — and get paid accordingly once the pipeline matures.
The Rest
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Health insurance
- 401(k)
- Disability coverage
- 10 days PTO plus 8 paid holidays
- Carrollton showroom as your home base
- Two premium brands with real demand behind them
