What you’ll do:

• Communicate with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
• Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
• Act as the customer’s representative to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Occasionally attend trade shows and other seminars as needed
• You will take care of our customers and ensure they come back to us for future needs
• Pursue new business while maintaining current business

Job Requirements: 

• Computer literate, with working knowledge of business software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and personality 
• No previous sales experience required. Extensive training, mentorship and support provided.
• Experience handling rejection and overcoming objections a plus
