Your Responsibilities as an Operations Manager
The mission for an Operations Manager is to run an efficient and profitable Business Unit, while maintaining great relationships with customers and all team members.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Profitability Management: Order materials for jobs in a timely manner and ensure they are within an acceptable cost of goods.
- Project Management: Oversee and execute projects to achieve organizational goals. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.

The pay range for this position is $45,000-$52,000, with the opportunity to earn HUNDREDS in monthly bonuses based on performance. Earning potential of $57,000-$80,000 in your first year!
